We C.A.R.E. Fresno is an advocacy group for anyone living with HIV/AIDS. They provide ‘Confidential’ Peer Advocacy, Peer Support, HIV Education for both positive and non-positive people. By identify patients needs and concerns, We CARE empowers others to improve the quality of life while living with HIV/AIDS.
Working out of Community Regional Medical Center in Downtown Fresno, We C.A.R.E. has allowed members from My Lgbt Plus to ask their health questions or concerns utilizing their expertise and knowledge bank at the Community Regional. Whether HIV/AIDS related or not, We C.A.R.E. has the foundation to find professional answers to all types of questions our users have.
Through the following two options, My Lgbt Plus and We C.A.R.E. Fresno are dedicated to providing individuals of the community to find resources and professional assistance.
Currently established are the following to do so:
- Email your question or health concern to health@mylgbtplus.com. Your interaction and question/concern will remain private and any and all interaction will not reveal your identity to anyone.
- Submit your question or concern publicly in our forum under the tab labeled “Health.” Sometimes others within the community have similar questions. All our members are encouraged to continue with our safe and supportive online environment by allowing others to publicly post their questions or health concerns. This option allows for others who may have similar questions to find immediate answers.
